Went into Lodi store Sunday 4/24/16, I am a platinum member which entitles me to 20% off all product. To my surprise yesterday they tried to give me a new membership card, dropping me down to 15% on ONLY food and housing. No more % off of live animals. I have only had this membership for approx. 6 months and they have changed the rules without letting anybody know. This "IS" a violation in there contract. I intend to find another place to shop and will buy most of my light bulbs and other items on line. No wonder some of there BEST employees went out and go different jobs. They no longer do parties, they no longer have the upstairs that you can look at the animals. They need to refund "EVERYBODY" that has purchased any type of membership. SAD, SAD, SAD! Shame on you Robert and Marcy Coral (these are the owners)
