Sasha was extremely nervous due to bad experiences with other grooming facilities. I was so pleased to see when I returned for her that she had completely changed and her fear was gone. Thanks for the compassion and gentleness that you showed Sasha. Not to mention that the trim itself was the best trim she ever received at a groomer. Thankyou again, Linda. My long-haired dog was going in for a simple saving and the woman who greeted us was very unprofessional. We showed up on the specified day, at the specified time, and were asked to come back the next day instead. We were charged ten dollars more than the price that we were given, and my dog came back with numerous cuts which were actually bleeding. Poor pooch. We will NEVER go there again.
