The owner Sherri is really rude. i don't know what happened but my dog was limping for a week after she groomed him. Don't go there if you care about your pet! The staff their has had over 30 plus years working with dogs and training them also Cherie use to donate her time teaching the 4-h dog obedience group for well over 10 years . So thanks again SOUTHSIDE FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ARE DOGS and being so helpful . I was once one of her 4-h students and can guarantee you your dogs are in the best , and kindest hands.. My experience there will be the last and I’m warning all animal owners do not take your pet to this location. My dog, Maxwell who sees her frequently had to literally be dragged into her shop. I noticed this behavior from the last visit as well. So like any normal dog owner I questioned her as to why he’s acting like this! The first words that came from her mouth were: “You do not have to bring him anymore”. She became very defensive and rude! I KNOW for a fact that she has mistreated my dog while he was in her care! Maxwell has a new groomer and surprisingly she has taken previous unsatisfied customers from Southside that reported the same thing…what a coincidence! So for all you animal owners that love your pet and look at them as your child, like I do...then I’m warning you DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO SOUTHSIDE! And Cherri if you are reading this I did report you and I will expose you and your shop until you begin to change your technique towards animals. You are disgrace to all groomers and your business will be exposed! -Very unhappy and pissed off parent of my beloved Maxwell!
