However Sheila Fuller the owner has failed to pay her bill to the contractor that built her new store on Main street in Parker. After all their hard work and saving her buisness according to her. She still owes over 70% of the contract plus interest. The new location opened on June 5,2009 her last atempt at a payment was a bounced check Aug 15,2009 and then stopped payment after being told if it didnt clear it would be turned over to the District Attorney if not taken care of in 15 days. Here we are almost 90 days later and we are going to court.
