Dr.Bartley; is awesome so is his staff ! I have been in Sevierville for 7 yrs & I just wish I would have found him 7yrs ago maybe some of my kids would have lived longer ,he is just a great caring Doc/vet. if you love your animal and live in this area this is the vet to see THANKS DR.BARTLEY & STAFF

Although i had never been to Dr Bartley, I left a message asking for an appointment for Hannah, my siamese. They called me back the next business day.
Went to appointment today. Atmosphere was pleasant and professional. Every person who walked in or was checking out was treated as if they were the only patient there.
While waiting in room, they walked in and acknowledged me and Hannah by name then took her back for tests and returned her.
Dr Bartley and assistant came in, talked with us, gave her shots and reported her health. They had even checked her teeth and will sent a reminder for a follow up appointment.
This is the care my personal physician gives me and i am so glad that Dr. Bartley treats his clients in the manner.
Truly profession, respectfull; showing a courtesy to all
although they were slammed with patients all waiting to see Dr. Bartley. Absolutely no one was impatient; they knew it would be worth the wait.
