She will tell you one thing "Honey this and Honey that" until she gets what she wants and then she will take you for all she can! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE We are only as good as our word! Pet boarding is NOT a hotel! This poor person who left the review about the hostility isnt lying...the reason they are SOOOO crazy is because they are drug addicts! It is disgusting to think that a company like this is allowed to continue to do business! I wouldnt leave my worst enemy in her care let alone a beloved member of my family! BTW She hasnt paid her property taxes since 2012! Sold this kennel and is still broke cause she owes it all in taxes! By john from bayport, NY Posted Dec 29, 2009 Warning!!!!!! We dropped our dogs off at this joint after reading the reviews. We thought we understood the "Qurikyness" and would investigate. We decide to leave our dogs. Regretfully the next day at closing time (5pm) we were charged for a second 24 hour period. Upon questioning the operator we were met with "Honey its just like a hotel check,out is 1:00pm,read the sign". There was no sign and as of Dec.28th 2009 there are still no clear terms and contrary many hotels allow late check outs and certainly explain to there customers there policy especially in tough economic periods. Call it "Friendly" Anyway we dropped in yesterday to discuss our billing dispute. After identifying ourselves the operator's temper flared outrageously! In front of two other persons she used statements like"And you expect me to feed and clean up your dogs shit!" Her rant was just beginning and from the back area came a younger woman who jumped right in and they moved from behind the counter in very aggressive manner towards us. Flabbergasted I moved towards the door and stated that she was" insane!" The dog owner who is a retired police officer retreated and vacated the premises with hales of "Get out,get out.." When I say it was "Confrontational & hostile" I hope it sounds convincing. Neither of us have ever been in a similar situation ever. We felt a updated review of our experience should be included on this website. She puts the "Ugly" in the old phrase "Ugly New Yorker"!!!! PS - The larger kennel spaces we would have chosen were busy with her breeding puppies. Her husband/custodian is a smoker and the whole area reeks. Plus they heat with wood and lots of stack smoke is evident on calm days. If she got mad with us what happens with our helpless animal?!!!!
