The tech Adam was awesome too.. I trust him to help my animals.. experience goes a long way with diagnosing what is wrong. I just wish I had used him sooner.. Iverson from Los Lunas, NM Posted May 14, 2013 Dr. Van Otten and his staff have taken care of several of our pets with a number of different needs including routine shots, spay / neuter, boarding, grooming, and even euthanization. Each time we used their services we were very pleased with the care our pets received as well as the cost for services. Even when we had emergency situations they were fast about seeing our pet and the cost was very reasonable. Dr. Van Otten is very knowledgeable and you can tell he has many years of experience. He is gentle with the animals and how he cares for them shows. One of our dogs who was a large breed with bad hip problems sadly had to be euthanized. Dr. Van Otten came to our home to take care of it since she was no longer able to walk on her own. I will never forget how caring and gentle he was with her and how thankful I was that she was able to go to sleep at her own home in my arms and not in a strange place. I was very upset about losing her and he said such nice things to comfort me. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with his service and would highly recommend him. By Mary Jane Campos from Los Lunas, NM Posted Jan 30, 2013 We have known Dr. Van Otten for many years now and he has been our Vet and taken care of many of our babies since they were small until the time they had to be euthanized and that was so hard for us. He is great and we consider Dr. Van Otten and his staff as friends. He went out of his way last week when we had to have Snuggles euthanized. I have been taking Ted there for everything from grooming, teeth cleaning, shots.... Right now he is getting his right knee repaired. I know that they will take good care of my little Teddy Bear. By Capuano Family from Los Lunas, NM Posted Mar 12, 2010 We have been using Dr. Randy Van Otten for close to twelve years now. He has become more than a vet to us, but a family friend. Every member of our family who has pets goes to Dr. Van Otten. He has the best bed side manner, he really cares about the animals, he is understandable when it comes to your bills and will make house calls when needed to make things easier for his clients.
