PT’s Pet Sitting Service and its employee Cody Neal abused my 4 month old puppy as caught on video in my house. Cody Neal cursed at my puppy, calling her a “little piece of sh*thole” as he violently grabbed her by the back of her neck, with one hand, and where it was clear to me based on the video I observed that he had done something violent to her right before as well, as my puppy was gingerly walking with her tail between her legs and was cowering beneath PT’s Pet Sitting Service employee Cody Neal. The very next day my dog, who had been very energetic and playful, was suddenly lethargic and vomiting. The vet diagnosed her with internal bleeding which was consistent with an act of trauma. TRAUMA! I couldn’t believe it but another video showed this pet sitter Cody Neal entering the house and immediately calling my puppy “bitch” when he sees her, and another has him angrily calling my puppy “bad dog.” This person should not be anywhere near animals! You may think things are fine and companies have good reputations until they are caught on camera abusing a defenseless four month old puppy. We also hired this company to spend time with our puppy and play with her but the videos instead show Cody Neal on his phone while he keeps my puppy locked in her crate area. PT’s Pet’s admitted it was heartbroken when shown the video, but speaking volumes of its true character, has refused to even pay our vet bills. We are now forced to sue this company which we will and have reported them to the criminal authorities. And I do not believe they even fired this pet sitter, which I assume is because he is the son of the owner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is so nice for me to leave home for 3-4 days and not worry about my 4 kitties. And better yet, when I do get home, the feeding and litter areas are in better condition than when I left, and I have never had that experience with anyone who ever cared for my cats. And Cody is the BEST. He seems to really care about my little bunch of felines, and best of all, Cody disposes of Mr Eddie's "gifts" that he so proudly drags inside. I couldn't be happier with the service you've provided. I am so glad I found you.
